You will learn the basics of the quality management process from the theoretical to practical application. A combination of experts will introduce you to the fundamentals of QM. You will learn from the pros how QM has evolved and how QI has changed. You will receive “hands-on” application in designing QI monitors for your facility. You will learn how a well designed QM program will improve imaging quality and patient care.
In addition to the QC testing review, you will participate in a field trip to perform a portion of the QC tests listed in the ARRT QM clinical competencies required for the advanced level QM examination. All students will progress through the application phase of training at their own rate.
